Digital Marketing Specialist - eCommerce

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-office team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance online sales, increase customer acquisition, and optimize our Shopify store's performance.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Shopify Store Optimization: Utilize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve conversion rates on our Shopify website.
Content Creation: Develop and manage content strategies, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters aligned with product launches and seasonal promotions.
Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Shopify analytics. Provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Email Marketing: Design and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
Influencer Marketing: Build and manage relationships with influencers and affiliates to expand brand reach.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce, particularly on Shopify.
Skills: Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative Skills: Strong content creation skills for social media, email, and digital ads.
Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork in an office setting.
