Office Manager – Transport & Chauffeuring Operations

We are a UK-based premium chauffeuring company with a local operations hub in London, committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently looking for a proactive Office Manager to lead daily transport and chauffeuring operations at our Lahore Gulberg 3 Main Boulevard Mega Tower location. This full-time position involves managing chauffeurs and support staff, coordinating closely with our UK team, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality. The ideal candidate will have between 0 to 3+ years of experience in operations, transport, logistics, or related fields and be eager to contribute to a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee trip scheduling and dispatch to ensure timely and efficient transport operations while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate effectively with the UK team and handle client inquiries to ensure smooth communication and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records related to staff and vehicle compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, train, and supervise the local team to develop a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Monitor operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow.

Required Qualifications:
- 0 to 3+ years of experience in transport, logistics, sales, or chauffeuring operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to multitask and organize effectively.
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with MS Office and transport management software.
- Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and available to work on-site.
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
