This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Office Empire. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Prior experience in the furniture industry is a plus

Timings:

  • 11:00 AM To 08:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
