Software Support / Functional Consultant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Support & Implementation Executive to join our team. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Assist clients with software implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Conduct software training sessions for clients, both one-on-one and in group settings.
Collaborate with the development team to resolve software issues and enhance product functionality.
Document client inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Stay up-to-date with product features, industry trends, and best practices.
Assist in testing software updates and new releases.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in software support and implementation.
Strong technical background and understanding of software applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
Able to work in both night and day shifts when required.
