job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any emerging issues our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly
- Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company’s products and services to go the extra mile
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
