Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries about products, pricing, and services.
- Persuade customers to purchase by explaining product benefits and addressing objections.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's offerings to answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Record all customer interactions, sales, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
