AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd., based in Karachi, is looking for a dedicated Organizational Development (OD) Executive to join its Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in organizational development, HR excellence, or a related area. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth by supporting initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a positive workplace culture. The role is based at the company’s head office, with a monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development (OD):
Assist in implementing OD initiatives designed to improve overall organizational performance and culture. Participate in conducting organizational assessments to identify strengths and areas needing improvement.
KPI & Performance Management:
Support the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various departments. Help manage the performance appraisal process, including follow-ups and the compilation of performance data for analysis and reporting.
SOPs & Process Excellence:
Contribute to the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across departments. Assist in documenting processes and communicating policies effectively throughout the organization.
Succession Planning:
Aid in maintaining succession planning frameworks by identifying and tracking high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Learning & Development (L&D):
Support the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process to identify skill gaps within teams. Coordinate and facilitate both technical and behavioral training sessions to enhance employee capabilities.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities aimed at improving workplace satisfaction. Help conduct surveys and gather feedback to inform engagement strategies.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare reports and dashboards related to KPIs and OD initiatives. Maintain accurate data records and assist in analyzing information to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in organizational development, HR excellence, or a similar function.
