• Answer incoming calls promptly and efficiently
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and questions in a timely manner
  • Provide detailed product and service information, including pricing and billing
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of products/services
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Record and document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Meet performance goals for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Cross-sell and upsell services based on customer needs.
  • Timings 2 pm to 11 pm and 6 pm to  3 am.
