HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions. This role involves designing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving workplace conflicts.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
Design and oversee compensation and benefits plans.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
3+ years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
