We are a market leading Engineering firm with over 260 Australian employees as well as overseas subsidiaries in USA, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. We are currently looking to grow our operations in our Lahore, Pakistan office and seeking an entry level accounts/administrator.
The role:
The role supports our Australian head office accounts team and the duties could be diverse in supporting the business needs at any time. Therefore you will be keen to learn and grow your skills and be flexible to help out team members where required.
Tasks May Include:
Processing invoices
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Responding to emails and messages
Data entry
Reporting
Filling
To be considered for this role you will possess:
High level written and oral communication skills
Some bookkeeping or accounts/administration training or industry experience is ideal
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Google docs.
Ability to collaborate and support other team members
You will want to seek out opportunities to learn about the business
