Social Media Associate

OakSpace is seeking a dedicated Social Media Associate to manage and enhance the company’s presence across various social media platforms. This role requires a motivated individual with at least one year of experience in social media management who can effectively create and share content that aligns with OakSpace's brand message and goals. The Social Media Associate will work closely with the rest of the team to develop strategies that engage target audiences and promote the company’s services and initiatives. This position does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration with cross-functional departments to ensure consistency and alignment in all digital communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and capable of analyzing social media trends to optimize campaign performance and improve user engagement.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and post engaging content on various social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages to ensure timely customer interaction and maintain a positive company image.
Analyze social media metrics to generate insights for continuous improvement of content and engagement strategies.
Collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with overall brand goals and promotional efforts.
Stay up to date with emerging social media tools, applications, channels, design approaches, and languages to maintain a modern and effective social media presence.
Support the development and implementation of paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
