Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
Order Processing:
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders to replenish stock.
- Track and manage incoming shipments, ensuring that inventory is received on time.
- Handle returns and exchanges with suppliers for defective or incorrect items.
Data Entry and Reporting:
- Update inventory databases with accurate information on stock levels, product details, and transactions.
- Provide reports to management regarding inventory performance, including stock turnover rates and order fulfillment accuracy.
