The Steam Generator Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of steam generators and related equipment. The role requires monitoring and maintaining steam generation systems.
Qualification:
- C-Class Boiler Engineering Diploma.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in steam generation or boiler operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain steam generators and associated equipment with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor steam generation processes and parameters, making necessary adjustments to maintain finest performance.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on boilers.
- Ensure all steam generation activities comply with safety regulations. Conduct and report regular safety checks.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve complex issues.
- Adhere to local and national regulations regarding boiler operations, emissions, and safety.
- Assist in periodic inspections and audits by regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining steam generators and boilers.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
