Product Manager - Dermatology

As a Product Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of various nutraceutical products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and sales to deliver products that meet the health needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing products.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product meets customer satisfaction and corporate goals.
Collaborate with R&D to guide products from conception to launch, aligning with company vision and consumer needs.
Conduct market research to understand current trends and to identify opportunities for new products or product enhancements.
Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful launch execution and ongoing promotions.
Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
Manage cross-functional project teams to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the FMCG sector, or related industry.
Deep understanding of product management techniques and lifecycle management.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven thinking approach.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Experience with market research and product positioning.
