We're seeking a skilled Pharmacist in our new product development department. Your role will focus on ensuring regulatory compliance and collaborating with teams to uphold quality standards.
Responsibilities:
New Product Development Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide pharmaceutical expertise in the development of new products.
- Review and analyse product formulations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of stability studies for new products.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of relevant regulations and guidelines to ensure all new products comply with industry standards.
- Work closely with regulatory affairs to facilitate product registrations and approvals.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including batch records and technical reports, for all stages of product development.
- Generate periodic reports on project progress, highlighting any challenges or deviations from the plan.
Collaboration:
- Engage with internal teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless integration of pharmaceutical considerations into the product development process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a pharmaceutical setting, preferably in a new product development role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
