We are currently seeking an "MTO-Procurement" to join our team.

You will be responsible for assisting with various procurement activities, including supplier management, purchasing of materials, and ensuring that the procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Support the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing materials, processing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries
Manage supplier relationships, and address any issues to ensure reliable supply.
Maintain procurement records and assist in preparing related reports and analyses.
Collaborate with the procurement team to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance processes.
Ensure compliance with policies and assist in managing procurement risks by identifying and mitigating potential issues.
Assist with the daily activities of the procurement department.

Requirements:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed purchasing decisions.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.
Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
