We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Operator to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems, including air handlers, chillers, and ventilation systems.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues; coordinate repairs and replacement of faulty components as needed.

Requirements:

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to HVAC operation and maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
