We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Officer for interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide timely and accurate information about our nutraceutical products.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our nutraceutical products to assist customers effectively.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for product and service improvements.
- Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Generate and analyse customer service reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
