We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor who has experience in High Rise Building Construction Projects.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at NPI Construction & Engineering in Karāchi. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for Cost Estimates, Study Existing and past IPCs. Evaluate work done that has paid/unpaid to the contractor. the incumbent needs to know how to evaluate work that has been performed on site and the work that hasn't been paid to to the contractor or haven't been claimed by the contractor. we need a QS who is highly experienced and qualified in high rise building construction. Applicant needs to know how to calculate and track escalation on current and previous IPCs. The incumbent also needs to evaluate deductions & escalations for all IPCs related to the project. preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting are also part of the the job duty.. Applicant also needs to know how to draw on CAD. Applicant needs to have knowledge of AutoCAD to prepare shop drawings, BBS and structurl drawings.
A sharp and Smart Incumbent is needed, who has worked on projects beforehand and has extensional experience in the field of building construction and Billing.
