The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong passion for sales and a  deep understanding of B2B sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients, introducing our products/services and qualifying leads.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients by identifying and engaging decision-makers.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the  sales team.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness to help refine sales processes.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales goals and drive growth.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
