We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative with a British accent and a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a UK-based call center environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns.

2. Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

3. Initiate outbound sales calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities while meeting or exceeding targets.

4. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in our CRM system.

6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, especially in relation to data protection and customer confidentiality.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to improve performance.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a UK-based call center environment is required.

2. Native or near-native British accent with clear and articulate communication skills.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

6. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.

7. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
