Position Overview:

As a Home Tutor at Ninis Tutor Academy, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one educational support to students in the comfort of their homes. You should have a strong grasp of your subject matter(s), and be able to effectively communicate and engage with students to enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and small group instruction to students to improve academic performance.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
Assist students with homework, test preparation, and overall understanding of course material.
Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and subject knowledge to ensure high-quality tutoring.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in teaching or tutoring in an academic setting.
Strong knowledge in one or more subject areas such as Mathematics, Science, English, or Social Studies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
Patience, dedication, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Requirements:

Availability to travel to students’ homes in Peshawar.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of students.
Professional conduct and appearance.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Ability to undergo a background check if required.
