Reception and Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.Provide accurate information to clients about the company's services and properties.Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain and update client databases.Assist in preparing and organizing documents related to property sales and rentals.Ensure all documentation is filed and organized appropriately.
Property Information: Keep up-to-date information about available properties, their features, and pricing.Provide clients with property listings and relevant details based on their requirements.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.Act as a liaison between clients and real estate agents or other team members.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email)Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Professional appearance and demeanor.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some college education may be preferred.
