Scope o f the job
The overall scope of the job is to assist the Chief Executive in smooth running of the company by taking over the responsibility of all organizational aspect of the CEO office, its coordination with the entire management and staff of the company as well as all the external context of the CEO. The scope of the job includes to relieve the CEO in all manual, automated administrative functions of the CEO office so that he can concentrate and focus on the strategic issues, business development and executive management of the company.
Job Description:
- To be the extension of the CEO office and be his ambassador to handle all internal and external interfaces.
- To plan CEO daily, weekly, monthly and yearly calendar for efficient time management of the CEO office.
- To arrange all travel, logistic, entertainment, hotels coordination confirmation and firm arrangement of his meetings.
- To take the minutes of all meetings to make action plan from the meeting and follow up with all internal and external people to follow-up the implementation of action plans.
- To work as HR Coordinator, maintain all HR files, records and related activities of the CEO to run HR functions smoothly.
- To coordinate with all departments of the company to implement CEO agenda and management style in the absence of CEO as well as to keep the CEO informed on a daily basis about all business developments and personal organizational matters.
- To keep all record and filling of the CEO office and personal filling at Gulberg and home office.
- To carry out any other task given by the CEO and the management.
