NexusBerry Training Institute is seeking a creative and motivated Videographer and Editor Intern to join our dynamic media team. This internship offers hands-on experience in capturing and editing high-quality video content that supports our training programs and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a foundational understanding of video shooting and editing techniques and demonstrates eagerness to develop strong technical skills through practical work. The role involves collaborating closely with project leads to storyboard concepts, film scenes using various camera setups, and refine footage with attention to detail to produce polished final videos. As a Videographer and Editor Intern, you will engage in multiple facets of video production including camera operation, lighting arrangements, and motion graphics design. This position requires proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve and the ability to manage multi-camera setups effectively. Although the role does not include team management responsibilities, you will work within a structured framework that encourages creativity and precision, fostering professional growth in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output standards.
Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and storyboarding video projects aligned with NexusBerry Training Institutes content requirements.
  • Operate video cameras skillfully during shootings, utilizing multi-camera setups where necessary.
  • Apply lighting techniques to enhance the visual quality and mood of video productions.
  • Edit raw footage using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve to create compelling final videos.
  • Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and other motion graphics tools to improve video engagement.
  • Collaborate with project supervisors to revise and refine edits based on feedback ensuring content accuracy and appeal.
  • Maintain organization and management of digital media assets including footage, project files, and renders.
  • Meet production deadlines consistently while adapting to changing priorities and creative directions.
  • Research and stay updated on latest video editing techniques, trends, and technology to continually enhance video quality.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of video equipment during shoots to ensure a smooth production process.
