Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Handle legal documentation and liaise with government organizations for compliance.
- Oversee on boarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Draft and circulate official notifications and communications for employees.
- Ensure timely updates and compliance with Pakistan labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management and legal documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
