The position requires a deep understanding of compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR and a dedication to maintaining high standards of security and privacy. The CTO must be based in or willing to relocate to Lahore, Pakistan, and work onsite or in a hybrid model in accordance with company policies.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute the companys overall technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of SaaS products, ensuring reliability and performance in production environments.
Oversee full-stack software development processes using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to support scalable product deployment.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team of 20 professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive adoption of agile methodologies, including the Scrum Framework, to enhance productivity and delivery timelines.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage third-party service integrations effectively to support technology operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare and regulated industry standards, including HIPAA and GDPR, to safeguard sensitive data and maintain trust.
Collaborate with product management, sales, and other business units to align technical deliverables with client needs and company priorities.
Support client-facing technical delivery efforts, providing expertise and ensuring successful implementations in enterprise environments.
Identify technology trends and evaluate their impact on the companys products and operations, recommending appropriate adoption or investment.
Manage technology budgets and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and ROI.
Establish robust security protocols and disaster recovery plans to protect company assets and ensure business continuity.
Promote a culture of learning and professional development within the engineering team to attract and retain top talent.
Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve the software development lifecycle.
