We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our organization’s online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, have a deep understanding of social media trends, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our brand’s goals and target audience.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track success metrics.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
  • Content Creation:

    • Create compelling and shareable content for social media channels (including text, images, videos, and infographics).
    • Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing content.
    • Schedule and publish posts across platforms.
  • Community Management:

    • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and address inquiries promptly.
    • Foster a positive online community and manage any issues or crises.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor social media analytics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Prepare regular reports on performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing, PR, and other teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
