We require local and foreign qualified lawyers to join our firm to conduct immigration law casework for UK, USA, Canada, Australia and many more countries.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications/skills/experience:
- Local or foreign law degree (LLB or above) from a reputable local or foreign institute.
- Preferably have 2-3 years of proven experience in immigration law.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's or Masters Degree will be considered if they hold significant and exceptional experience in immigration field.
- Excellent English Language Skills are a must.
Job Description
- Taking instructions from clients and conducting case work.
- Ensure that the information provided by clients is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Be able to help the client for the documentation required.
- You must take full responsibility of all operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client care.
