We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Consultant who will play a hybrid role combining Sales, Marketing, and Immigration Career Counseling. This position is essentially an Immigration Consultant role where you will guide clients, provide career counseling, and help them choose suitable immigration pathways. You will also support marketing and sales activities to increase client engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional career counseling to clients interested in immigration programs.
Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration pathways (study visas, PR, work visas, etc.).
Handle the complete sales cycle — lead generation, follow-up, consultation, and closing.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
Prepare and explain immigration documentation requirements to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and client engagement activities.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet monthly sales & performance targets.
Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and program updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored career/immigration guidance.
Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead handling is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
