Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Telemarketing Specialist to generate sales leads, set up appointments and market TAK Motors' services.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to form relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about TAK Motors' services using scripts.
2. Answer questions about products or the company.
3. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
4. Enter and update customer information in the database.
5. Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
6. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
7. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
8. Collaborate with the team to achieve objectives and sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Proficient in English.
5. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
6. Persistent and results-oriented.
7. Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
