Understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
Write clear and concise proposals that meet all RFP/RFQ requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather input and feedback on proposals.
Track the progress of proposals and ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget.
Negotiate with customers & suppliers to finalize the terms of a contract.
Maintain a database of customer & supplier proposals and contracts.

Other duties as assigned.
