Frontend Engineer

As a Frontend Engineer at Nextnology, you play a crucial role in designing and implementing user-friendly web applications. Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive and responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement web application features using frameworks such as React and Angular.
Utilize TypeScript and RxJS to enhance application performance and manage asynchronous data flows.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration between design and functionality.
Lead a team of two developers, assigning tasks and overseeing project progress.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering their professional growth.
Work closely with backend developers to define APIs and ensure smooth interactions between frontend and backend systems.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate new ideas into the development process.
Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously refine development processes.
Troubleshoot and debug web applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Create and maintain documentation related to code and development processes.
