NextBridge is seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional with over seven years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of manual testing, defect tracking, and various testing methodologies, including performance testing and regression testing. This role is crucial for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and industry standards. The SQA professional will work closely with development teams to identify risks, track defects, and implement testing strategies effectively. The position does not involve team management, allowing for a focus on individual expertise and contributions to quality assurance processes. In this role, the SQA professional will leverage strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify bugs and quality issues while developing and executing comprehensive test plans. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JUnit, TestRail, JMeter, and TestNG is essential for streamlining the testing process and enhancing productivity. - Analyze testing outcomes and prepare comprehensive reports on testing results and quality metrics.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to communicate testing progress and quality assurance findings.
