As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, and managing employees, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and procedures You will work closely with senior management to ensure that HR initiatives align with the overall business strategy and goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. 
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for all open positions within the organization, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. 
  • Manage employee on boarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure that new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure that the organization can attract and retain top talent. 
  • Manage the performance evaluation process, including setting performance goals and objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees. 
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to ensure that the organization remains competitive in the market. 
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure that all HR-related documentation is up-to-date and compliant. 
  • Manage the HR budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure that the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
