Packaging and Label Designer

Nexib Technologies is seeking a talented Packaging and Label Designer to join our creative team in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will specialize in graphic design for packaging and labels, bringing expertise in creating compelling box packaging and branding visuals that resonate with our target audience. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating designs that enhance product presentation and consumer appeal. As a key member managing a team of 2 persons, the Packaging and Label Designer leads the development of innovative design solutions while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, overseeing the design process from concept to final production, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 2 designers, providing guidance and support throughout design projects.
Create and develop label designs, box packaging, and branded artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Produce precise die line templates to ensure accurate product packaging dimensions and printing requirements.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and production teams to align designs with brand strategy and product specifications.
Review and refine artwork for quality assurance and compliance with brand standards before sending for print.
Research market trends and competitor packaging to create innovative and effective design solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of all design assets, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
Provide technical advice on packaging materials and printing processes to optimize design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain an organized library of design files and templates for consistent use across product lines.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and printers to resolve design issues and ensure production accuracy.
