Sales Executive

We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Cold Calling Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients to introduce our services, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided contact list.
Engage potential customers in a professional manner, effectively presenting our services.
Generate leads by identifying customer needs and scheduling follow-up appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer information in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Follow up on potential leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.

Requirements:

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in cold calling or sales is a plus, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
Must be comfortable working night shifts.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
