Responsibilities:

  • Address inbound customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.

  • Initiate outbound communication to follow up on orders and gather feedback.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer requests.

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM system.

  • Continuously improve customer support processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2-3 years of packaging industry experience.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and multitasking skills.
