The project will be undertaken to create and optimize as many websites as possible with the singular goal of getting them listed on the first page of Google (according to the niche).

We are planning on building a versatile team with a myriad of skillsets. Initially, we will onboard only one specialist in search engine optimization.

We plan on launching, optimizing, and ranking 4 websites by Mid-march. Once that goal is achieved, we plan on maintaining the existing websites, onboarding further resources, and launching yet another 4-6 websites by mid - July.

Responsibilities:

Keyword Strategy and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value terms relevant to our industry. Analyze keyword trends and competition to formulate effective SEO strategies.

On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Implement on-page optimization techniques, including meta tags, header tags, and content optimization. Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies, such as link building.

Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated into content development. Provide guidance on creating engaging, shareable, and SEO-friendly content.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance metrics. Generate regular reports highlighting key SEO KPIs and insights for continuous improvement.

Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends: Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry trends. Adjust strategies accordingly to maintain optimal search engine rankings.

Requirements:

Proven SEO Experience and Strategies: Demonstrate a track record of successful SEO campaigns and measurable results. Showcase a deep understanding of SEO tools, including but not limited to Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.

Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Comfortable using data to identify opportunities, and implement challenges.

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design.

Continuous Learning: Proactively stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Seek opportunities for professional development and certification.

Certifications and Education: Hold relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-specific certifications. A degree in marketing, digital communications, or a related field is a plus.
