System Engineer

Network Squad Ltd. is seeking a skilled and certified System Engineer to join our team in the Karachi office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system administration, cloud services, and IT infrastructure, with specific expertise in Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Implement and oversee the deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Configure, manage, and support virtual desktop environments using Azure Virtual Desktop (AZ-140).
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular updates and maintenance.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant degree
AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification.
AZ-140: Configuring and Operating Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop certification.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) or higher.
Proven experience in system administration, IT infrastructure management, and cloud services.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
