Network Squad Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with an IT background to join our team, focusing on CCTV solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our CCTV offerings. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our CCTV business segment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients interested in CCTV solutions, including businesses, government agencies, and other organizations. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence. 
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends related to CCTV technology. 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our CCTV solutions. 
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet both their needs and company objectives. 
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of CCTV projects, providing support as needed throughout the process. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market developments using CRM software. 
  • Stay updated on advancements in CCTV technology and security best practices, leveraging this knowledge to enhance our offerings and remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the CCTV or security industry. 
  • Strong understanding of CCTV technology, surveillance systems, and security protocols. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools. 
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Relevant certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
