We are looking to hire an experienced PPC Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to develop effective PPC campaign strategies
  • Set campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines based on organizational goals
  • Develop comprehensive PPC advertising plans and present them to management for approval
  • Monitor campaign performance and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) and/or Advertising Cost of Sale (ACOS)
  • Learn to use AI (artificial intelligence) to hit key KPI’s
  • Analyse PPC Campaign health and diagnose problems
  • Create and analyze campaign performance reports
  • Monitor if the monthly allotted budget is not under or overspending
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the line manager
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns across different platforms, ensuring proper targeting, ad copy, and settings
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve conversion rates
  • Regularly update and optimize keyword lists and campaign structures based on performance data and market trends
  • Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and new PPC advertising feature

Skills:

  • Google Ads, Analytics & Creative Certified preferred.
  • 1 year of marketing experience of Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok Ads/PPC.
  • Excellent knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and other social media best practices.
  • Proven Tiktok Ads platforms experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects through effective levels of organization and delegation to meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of how paid, owned, and earned media intersect and the ability to identify.
  • Overall paid search management experience is a plus.
