Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

Take quotations from vendors for local materials purchasing.
Make comparisons and negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and terms.
Create Purchase Orders (POs) on Excel and share them with both local and international vendors.
Align with vendors for the delivery of goods and ensure timely procurement.

Logistics and Delivery:

Arrange local logistics for the delivery of goods.
Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of materials.

Market Analysis:

Take prices from the local market for the required materials and share this information with the sales team and relevant stakeholders.

Documentation and Compliance:

Arrange necessary documents against purchases and submit them to the accounts department.
Follow up with the accounts department for timely payments to vendors.
Maintain vendor ledger for payments to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Issue Resolution:

Resolve issues raised by the sales team and customers regarding the materials required or purchased.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams regarding job orders to ensure all requirements are met.

Inventory Management:

Manage stock in/out and maintain accurate inventory reports.
Ensure that stock levels are maintained to meet demand without overstocking.
Maintain the stock of inventory and share weekly reports with stakeholders to keep them informed about inventory levels and procurement status.

Contracting and Relationship Building:

Contract with vendors for solar structure mechanical and electrical work.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Special Tasks:
Perform any special tasks assigned by management to support the overall supply chain function.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management or procurement.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
