As the Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with EPC companies, traders, and B2B clients. You will lead the sales efforts, from generating leads to project commissioning, and facilitate joint ventures or Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with manufacturers to expand our business opportunities. Success in this role will be measured by achieving ambitious revenue targets in solar trading and EPC sectors.

Task & Assignments:

1. Revenue Generation:

  •  Identify, target, and engage with EPC companies and traders to secure bulk pre-bookings of solar modules.
  •  Develop and execute strategies to achieve the set revenue target of 300M in half a year for solar trading.
  •  Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

2. Lead Generation and Project Supervision:

  •  Proactively generate leads within the B2B sector and nurture them through the sales cycle.
  •  Oversee projects from initial lead identification to final commissioning, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

3. Business Development:

  •  Explore opportunities for joint ventures (JVs) and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with manufacturers to expand our product offerings and market reach.
  •  Negotiate terms and conditions for partnerships that align with the company's objectives and contribute to mutual business growth.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.

Key Performance Indicators:

  •  Achievement of revenue targets: 300M in solar trading and 100M in EPC within the designated time frame.
  •  Number of successful partnerships established with EPC companies, traders, and manufacturers.
  •  Lead conversion rates and project completion timelines.
  •  Customer satisfaction scores and feedback from key stakeholders.
