As a Call Center Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales by reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone. You will need to understand customer needs, present our products/services effectively, and close sales while providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls:

  • Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Use scripts and a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present relevant product/service offerings.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Continuously seek out ways to improve sales techniques and increase conversion rates.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and sales strategies.
  • Keep informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products/services.

Data Entry and Reporting:

  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
