Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Amazon seller accounts. As an Amazon Virtual Assistant Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about the inner workings of an Amazon business and support the team in day-to-day tasks.

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant Intern, you will assist the team in managing our Amazon store and gaining valuable experience in various e-commerce functions. You will be involved in product research, listing optimization, customer service, inventory management, and more. This internship offers the opportunity to learn about Amazon Seller Central, and Amazon’s best practices while contributing to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and optimizing product listings on Amazon.
Support product research and help identify profitable products based on market trends and competition.
Help manage customer service inquiries, responding to customer questions, issues, and feedback.
Monitor and update inventory levels in coordination with the team.
Help track and analyze sales performance and customer reviews.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with Amazon or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon research tools is a plus, but not required.
Graphic design skills for creating product images or banners is a bonus, but not required.
