We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated I/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills with a focus on clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to translate user requirements into elegant and intuitive design solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and strategy.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with mobile app design (iOS, Android) is a plus.
- Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.
