We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with a robust IT background to lead the development and enhancement of our product portfolio.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product lifecycle management and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
- As a Product Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of product strategies to meet business objectives and deliver outstanding user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product vision and strategy to align with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams through product conception, development, launch, and post-launch phases.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
- Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, defining short-term deliverables and long-term goals.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of products that meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product positioning and customer satisfaction.
- Measure product performance and iterate on feedback to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- More than 1 year of experience in product management within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development and platform ecosystems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch processes.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and familiar with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing mobile and web-based applications.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Experience in stakeholder management and negotiating win-win solutions.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer-centered design.
