We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and dispatching cabs to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Working diligently with the spreadsheet with the details of confirmed jobs.
  • Assigning drivers to jobs using the company platform.
  • Continuously communicating with drivers to ensure they are on designated locations.
  • Answering and resolving drivers' as well as customers' queries.
  • Receiving text messages from drivers confirming passenger pick-up (POB) and updating the system accordingly.
  • Monitoring and managing cab locations using GPS systems and scheduling software.
  • Calling customers of just placed bookings to confirm the booking details and provide any additional information or assistance.
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the taxi service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, including phone calls, messages, and resolutions.
  • Coordinating with drivers and customers to handle any changes or modifications to bookings, such as cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local transportation regulations.
  • Performing other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to contribute to the overall success of the taxi service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Great customer service, sales, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
