As a Project Manager, you are responsible for delivering project management services to the customers. You will be working closely with engineers, presales and OEM professional services.

Technology areas shall consist of NI Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Wireless Microwave technologies. Knowledge of active cybersecurity project management is mandatory

  • To succeed in this role, you have to have a clear understanding of the project scope of work and to ensure timely & accurate delivery to achieve customer satisfaction and deadlines within Assigned financial budgets and Contractual timelines.
  • As you collaborate with customers, you need to exercise critical thinking to manage situations when customer requests are beyond the scope of work.
  • Actively work with OEM’s, Sales Team Leads, Technical Pre Sales, OEM Partners/Distributors to prepare and negotiate with end customer Contractual timelines components of PIP, Resp Matrix, Delivery Schedule.
  • Acceptance Testing Protocols, Acceptance and Delivery documentation, Invoicing and follow up of AR.
  • Keep track of performance and warranty guarantees and help release as soon as due time is achieved.
  • Actively work in prequalification, selection of sub-contractors and keep minimum exposure of working capital and cash outflow mapping with incoming cash from Nera clients

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Single point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Lead the project planning and scheduling, define project tasks and milestones.
  • Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Network design review High Level Design / Low Level Design (HLD/LLD).
  • Installation, configuration and implementation.
  • Testing, integration and migration. MOP & UAT review.
  • Project commissioning, documentation and handover.
  • Escalation management and support to projects.
  • Project resource planning and allocation.
  • To perform risk assessment, quality management.
  • Adhere to ISO9001 and OHSAS18001 standards.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Logistic management for project inventory and project RMA.
  • Review tender related documents specifically in project management, delivery and scope of work.
  • Monitor and analyze project team performance and take necessary corrective measures
